Sarah Kirwan
Sarah is the newest member of the Virginia Capital Realty family and as you may have guessed, she is also Kevin Kirwan’s oldest daughter. Growing up in the industry, she has been able to see firsthand what it takes to be successful. She is eager to learn more and establish a name for herself.
Sarah graduated from Cosby High School in 2018, and achieved her Associates in Health Science from John Tyler in 2021. She spent a few years working in Health Care while also working to obtain her Virginia Real Estate License. She now provides world-class support to our growing list of agents, helping them with everything from marketing to contract submission.
In her spare time, Sarah runs the Cosby High School Competition Cheerleading Program. Over the past two years she has been presented with multiple awards, being recognized Statewide, which attests to her organization, dedication, and drive for success. These characteristics serve her well in her work with Virginia Capital Realty!
Above all, Sarah is a mom who welcomed her daughter, Zora Estelle Kirwan, to the world in June of 2021.
