Leigh Ann Barber was essentially raised in the Real Estate Business. Her Father took her to work with him as a child to teach her the benefits of hard work. She helped her father in building homes and once graduating high school he sent her straight to Real Estate School to get her license in the industry to further her knowledge and experience the in the market. Having begun her real estate career at the age 19 in 1986, Leigh Ann Barber has become one of the proven TOP producers and closers for the Richmond & surrounding regions. Not only has she built a formidable reputation for herself as a real estate Broker, she has a proven track record of building lasting relationships with her clientele. Leigh Ann is continually recruiting and training REALTORS® to be on-site Sales Consultants for Builders, resale agents, and foreclosure agents in Richmond. As a certified Trainer for HUD & Foreclosures, she conducts a minimum of two classes per month instructing agents within and outside of the company on how to properly sell REO properties. She has trained over well over 1,000 agents in the Richmond & Williamsburg market.
