Tim Edwards chose to join VCR after he worked for a franchise real estate company for 20 years. He feels that the company culture made a difference for him, and he enjoys being on a transaction fee model more than a commission split. He also feels that the marketing and classes offered in house are innovative, and VCR is constantly coming up with new content. He also enjoys the location of the office being conveniently located to all highways and interstates so that he can easily come and go no matter which direction he is headed for a showing or listing appointment.
